Sounds like a goofy name for a board game kind of doesn't it? Now that I have your attention. This product is different from the other two reviewed here. And the reason why should be readily apparent quickly.
Now, the Ultimate Mole Control system DOES get rid of moles.. but they are deffinatley of a different variety. How can that be your asking? Well, unless what you have growing on your is moles of a rodent variety this program is not likely to solve your problem. And if you do well... I suspect you have a big problem on your hands. Basically this guide is all about dealing with moles and gophers, tired of them tearing up your yard and generally being a nuisance? This guide is for you.
The beginning of the guide talks about moles and gophers, just some simple background information to aid you in your task in removing them. But then it gets into what your really interested in, getting RID of them once and for all. Some of the methods are on the extreme side, and may be a non-option for some (shotguns, liquid propane most notably) But everything is fully explained, with all the pros and cons of each method listed for consideration.
What Ultimate Mole Control also reveals, as I found most interesting. Is that most of the common, conventional methods for dealing with troublesome moles and gophers (And no, not the old box with a stick and some bait routine) can have bad side effects, or are just plain useless for really solving the problem. Once you understand that, the guide quickly moves into methods of trapping that DO work and provides exacting specifications and details on exactly how to do it. You really can build a better mouse trap! So to speak.
There is also a series of step by step videos. For those of you who are more visually inclined, and understand more then you would reading from a book. Which is an invaluable asset, especially to the former category of trap builder who has NO experience whatsoever going into this.
The only real downsides to this guide, is that for one it is very limited in scope. It does cover numerous methods for dealing with gophers and moles, but mainly just to tell you why they DONT work. And what kind of side effects they may have if you do use them. So in the end you are left down to the trap setup that the guide recommends, which will require some investment in buying all the materials. The upside there is of course, its a proven to be effective method. So your investment will not be a waste, and you will solve your problem.
Naturally, the trap will not remove the other kind of moles we discussed in the earlier reviews. But if you have a rodent problems and want them GONE then this is for you.
